We recommend removing jewelry before physical activity, sleep, bathing, working with cleaning products, or any activity that may cause a knock, pressure, pulling or exposure to active substances.

Storage

Store each piece separately in a dry place. Delicate jewelry, necklaces and stone settings call for careful use and periodic checks of clasps, links and prongs.

What counts as wear and what counts as a defect

The warranty does not cover reasonable wear, scratches and changes in appearance resulting from normal use, breakage, crushing, stretching, loss of a stone due to a knock, use contrary to the instructions, unusual exposure to chemicals or heat, improper storage, or repairs and alterations carried out by another party, unless the law provides otherwise.

These recommendations are meant to protect the piece and do not detract from the customer's rights in the case of a defect or non-conformity.

Cleaning, repair, resizing or stone-setting services after purchase are provided subject to a professional inspection and at a price agreed in advance, unless it concerns a defect that is the business's responsibility.
