Shipping — nationwide. Free shipping on orders over 999 ₪ (Be’er Sheva–Tiberias) · below that: 49 ₪ · Eilat and the far north: 80 ₪ · free nationwide over 3,000 ₪ · free pickup from the shop. You are also welcome to come and try it on in the shop at 64 Bilu St., Rehovot.

When it arrives — usually within about 5 business days of the order being confirmed (at most 14 business days). Express shipping is also available — write to us and we’ll arrange it. If a particular piece needs longer, we’ll let you know before the order is confirmed.

A ring that was resized can also be returned — resizing does not affect your right to cancel.

Gift wrap and engraving — a gift from us, free of charge. Tell us in the order or on WhatsApp and we will arrange it. A piece engraved for you may not be cancellable (Terms, section 10.1).

Cancellation and returns — you can cancel a purchase under the Consumer Protection Law. The refund is made within 14 days of the cancellation notice, to the payment method used for the purchase. Cancellation fee: 5% of the price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower; none is charged when cancelling because of a defect or non-conformity. Return shipping is paid by the customer (if defective — by us). A person with a disability, a senior citizen (65+) or a new immigrant — in the cases set by law, up to 4 months (section 9 of the Terms).

Warranty — A defect or non-conformity: contact us and we'll take care of a repair, replacement or credit, as appropriate.

Special-order production — A piece made especially for you from scratch may be limited in cancellation. We will state this explicitly before we begin the work. A regular resizing is not considered as such.
