Step 1 — calibrate the screen. Without this, the size on screen won't be accurate. Place a 10 ₪ coin on the circle, and move the slider until the circle is hidden exactly under the coin.

Step 2 — your ring. Take a ring that sits well on the finger you're buying for, and place it on the screen. Move the slider until the circle fits exactly inside the ring — without going over the gold.
A coin or ring on the screen is sometimes detected as a touch. In locked mode nothing moves until you confirm.
Inner diameter 17.3 mm
- Cut a strip of paper about half a cm wide, or take a piece of string.
- Wrap it around the base of the finger — snug, but so it can pass over the knuckle without getting stuck.
- Mark with a pen the point where the strip meets itself.
- Unroll it and measure the length up to the mark with a ruler, in millimetres.
Tip: measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their fullest, and not when your hands are cold. For a wide band (over 6 mm), go up half a size.

Certificate and warranty
Every lab-grown diamond comes with a local certificate from the supplier, which is handed over together with the piece and details the stone's data.
IGI certificate — an international gemological laboratory — at no cost for those who buy from us, by advance request: tick “I would like an IGI certificate” in the cart.
Already have a piece and want an IGI certificate for it? That’s possible, for 99 ₪.

Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping — nationwide. Free shipping over 499 ₪. You are also welcome to come and try it on in the shop at 64 Bilu St., Rehovot.
When it arrives — within 14 business days of order confirmation, usually much sooner. Express delivery is also available — write to us and we will arrange it. If a particular piece needs longer, we will let you know before confirming the order.
A ring that was resized can also be returned — resizing does not affect your right to cancel.
First resizing free of charge — for a ring bought from us.
Gift wrap and engraving — a gift from us, free of charge. Tell us in the order or on WhatsApp and we will arrange it. A piece engraved for you may not be cancellable (Terms, section 10.1).
Cancellation and returns — you can cancel a purchase under the Consumer Protection Law. The refund is made within 14 days of the cancellation notice, to the payment method used for the purchase. Cancellation fee: 5% of the price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower; none is charged when cancelling because of a defect or non-conformity. Return shipping is paid by the customer (if defective — by us). A person with a disability, a senior citizen (65+) or a new immigrant — in the cases set by law, up to 4 months (section 9 of the Terms).
Warranty — A defect or non-conformity: contact us and we'll take care of a repair, replacement or credit, as appropriate.
Special-order production — A piece made especially for you from scratch may be limited in cancellation. We will state this explicitly before we begin the work. A regular resizing is not considered as such.
